This BTO was designed primarily in natural hues of gray, cream and wood tones, with a contrasting dash of bold blue, resulting in a stylish yet homely apartment. A full height feature wall behind the TV console was customized in dark wood laminate finish consistent with the rest of the wooden furniture in the living room and dining area. Similarly, the kitchen, clearly demarcated by the different tile design, was done up in a lighter wood shade, contrasting against India Black Granite surface top and blacksplash. Burmese teak parquet were installed in all 3 bedrooms for a softer feel. In the master bedroom, a L-shaped full height casement wardrobe was created with a dresser enclosed. The work / music room overlooking the living room is kept modular for future-readiness, and its half height glass wall create a larger spatial area by allowing more sunlight along the corridor. A pole bar was installed in the last room for the Lady of the House. Both bathrooms were installed with tempered glass swing doors and their existing floor and wall tiles overlaid with black tiles.
