3rd time repeat customer wanted Z L to do up their 3rd F&B outlet. Taking over from previous tenant, the Z L team made use of whatever was left and sourced for enhancement pieces to polish up this gem.
A wire mesh aluminium rack with sliding tracks and stainless steel bronze-brushed finish counter top were customized. Little tweaks to the lights and fans scheme increased the restaurant’s ventilation and brightness. The main bar counter was donein cement screed finish and eopxy coating, and the stainless steel worktop in bronze accented finish.
