Half-height CraftStone feature wall in the master bedroom creates an interesting and slightly rustic feel. Instead of the usual timber strips, the owners have chosen synthetic grass at the balcony area which blends in perfectly with the Bedok Reservoir view.
In an interesting use of CraftStone, this bachelor engaged Z L to transform his studio apartment into a rustic chic setting. He specifically asked for dark grouting and distressed CraftStone outlook which brought out a very rugged vibe thoroughly different from Z L’s other projects.
Black interiors with teak vinyl flooring accentuates the class and grandeur fitting for the range of guitars that Swee Lee carries. Custom-made wall paneling with low panel cove LED lights contrast against the guitars and more LED ceiling-mounted panel lights create luscious luminance at selected sections of the store.
In a condominium surrounded by greenery, the young owners decided to keep their unit simple and classy so as not to downplay the greenery outside. Their unit features a walk-in wardrobe and bathrooms with black galaxy marble table tops and aluminium frame frosted cabinet doors for a touch of posh. Parquet flooring is completed with matt varnishing.
The owners chose the classic colour combination of white, black and red for their living room, the look further softened by cove lightings and gray curtains. The rest of the condominium follows the similar colour scheme of white, gray and brown, successfully creating a modern yet cozy feel.
