This is one of our personal favourite projects. The customers are a lovely young couple who placed absolute trust in us. Together with our Independent Designer HL, we worked closely together to create a home this unique yet practical. For the study room, a new half-wall was erected and fitted with black aluminum lattice. Special considerations were given to manufacture the door frame of the same thickness as vertical strut for aesthetics purposes. Inside, the desk is customized to be 50mm thickness for that extra support, and seamlessly flushed against the cupboards.

Once in a while we receive requests to customized the arrangement and orientation of CraftStone feature wall. This young couple decided on an unconventional house-like design in the living room which won raves even from our artisans! In the kitchen, darker wood laminates are chosen for the top carpentry and lighter wood laminates for the bottom carpentry, separated by white subway tiles backsplash with black grouting. Spare pieces of Kompacplus table top were then reused as shelving in the bathrooms.

Craftstone wall meets marble floor and we are pleasantly surprised by how elegant the results are. The Master Bedroom possesses a touch of Victorian with customized timber moulding and architrave in brush paint finish. In the kitchen, cabinets are refurbished and installed with pull out drawers, ABS edging and BLUM soft closing hinges.

To achieve raw industrial look, the Craftstone feature wall was intentionally made unfinished through careful partial hacking and screeding. Exposed black round conduits were chosen for the walls and ceilings. The kitchen is kept simple with minimal shelving and use of the clean Kompactplus table top.

Our past client recommended us to her parents for their bedroom remodeling. 2 original bedrooms were joined together to create a large Master Bedroom with its own bar counter, 2 workspaces, and a walk-in wardrobe/powder room. At the walkway into the bedroom, cabinets with fitted downlights showcase the owners’ branded bags and luxuries. The bed and bedside tables were specially customized to allow the owners’ dogs to jump up onto the bed with ease.

A full-height fiery red-brick CraftStone wall completes the industrial look that this cafe owner envisioned for his exclusively-designed tapas bar and restaurant. Subway tiles cladding a side serving table adds a touch of class to the setup.

The living area has a slight country feel as a result of the TV console integrated with CraftStone feature wall. The back of the wall was structurally reinforced and fixed with a layer of wall panel to hide the suspended TV’s electrical wirings and cabling. In the study room, the work table is integrated with a sturdy full-height storage to stash away the doctor couple’s thick medical books. It also features a piece of glass whiteboard handy for important notes and messages.

A 5.4 metre-high CraftStone wall was done up at the stairwell of a duplex apartment and an old Vespa scooter head spray-painted baby-blue by the owner was mounted on it, turning up the cool-factor by several notches. Special light fittings were also installed at the Vespa’s headlights to illuminate the stairwell in the dark.
