“After comparing quotations provided by XXX company via ZLC, decided to engage ZLC though the quotation given is slightly steeper but was itemized and detailed. A plus point to note is that ZLC will issue clients a starter’s kit which provides a list of their vendors and partners for clients to source for toilet accessories, lighting, etc at reasonable prices. My unit was completely overhauled, rewired, and re-piped. There were some hiccups along the way, for instance, a miscalculation between ceiling fan blades and a build-in cabinet door, the dining window panel was not equally distributed, and the initial painting was badly done up. Feedback to Jake and Gerald and they are quick and responsive to any issues reported. Jake is perceptive to feedback and will take responsibility for any genuine mistake made by his team and vendors. Overall, we are happy with the overall renovation outcome, i.e. a functional and elegant home with fine carpentry work. Thanks Jake, Gerald, Mr Chan and Siva!”
