As a first time home owner, there were many things that we were unsure of, but Jake and Gerald have made the entire process so much more manageable with their reliable guidance and presence. Jake was generous in sharing his knowledge and offered practical solutions that catered to our needs. Even though there were some hiccups along the way, they tried their best not to compromise on the quality which we really appreciated.
